Who We Are
meowlyco is an online pet supplies store for pet parents across the United States. The store is owned and operated by RIZMOS LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong. We are pet people first. We know the small joys of a cat who finally approves of a new toy, and a dog who waits by the treat drawer with total confidence. That is the spirit we bring to this store.
We keep things simple and honest. We do not make big claims we cannot back up. We would rather tell you exactly how our shipping and returns work, in plain words, and then do what we said. You can read every policy on this site, including our Shipping Policy and our Refund and Returns Policy.
What We Sell
We focus on everyday essentials for cats and dogs:
- Toys – chase toys, chew toys, teasers, and playtime picks for cats and dogs.
- Everyday supplies – the practical items that keep tails wagging and whiskers tidy, from feeding gear to grooming basics.
We choose products we would give to our own pets. Every pet is different, so we encourage you to pick sizes and styles that suit your pet’s breed, size, and habits. If you have dietary questions, your veterinarian is always the right person to ask.
Where Your Order Ships From
Your order ships from outside the United States. Our products are picked, packed, and dispatched from our fulfillment partner’s warehouses in mainland China, then handed to USPS or UPS for the last mile to your door. We are a Hong Kong company selling imported pet gear to customers in the United States, and we would rather tell you that plainly than let a long delivery window come as a surprise. The price you see at checkout is the total price, plus sales tax where applicable, and we do not add any charge after you order – import duties, if any apply, are our cost and not yours. If a carrier ever asks you to pay a fee to release your package, do not pay it – email support@meowlyco.com and we will sort it out.
Most orders arrive within 8-15 business days of purchase: 1-3 business days of handling plus 7-12 business days in transit with USPS or UPS. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Returns are handled at our returns facility in Plano, Texas. Please note that returns need an RMA number before you ship anything back. Our Refund and Returns Policy explains each step.

A quick note on the Hong Kong address above: it is our registered office. It is not a store or a warehouse, and it cannot receive returns. If you need to send something back, please start with an RMA through our support team.

We keep our promises tied to our actual policies, nothing more:
- Free standard shipping on orders of $49 or more. Orders under $49 ship for a flat $5.99.
- Delivery in 8-15 business days across the 48 contiguous United States, with a tracking number emailed within 24-48 hours of dispatch.
- 30-day returns from the delivery date, with no restocking fee. If we send you a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we cover the return shipping at no cost to you.
- Human support. Email support@meowlyco.com and a real person replies within 24 business hours.
