Good to Know
Charge the leash on a hard surface away from bedding using the included cable, and unplug it once it is fully charged. Keep the housing out of reach of a dog that chews, and do not submerge it in water. Before each walk, check the cord, clip, and brake, and stop using the leash if the cord frays or the lock stops holding. Keep the lead short near traffic and blind corners, never grab a moving cord with a bare hand or wrap it around your hand or leg, and do not use this leash as a tie-out.

Free shipping on orders of $49 or more. Orders under $49 ship at a $5.99 flat rate.
We handle and pack in 1–3 business days, then transit takes 7–12 business days, so plan on 8–15 business days in total. Your tracking number is emailed within 24–48 hours of dispatch.
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or PO and APO boxes.
Returns and refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. Request an RMA number from support@meowlyco.com before you ship anything back — parcels sent without one cannot be matched to your order.
Approved returns go to our returns facility at 700 E Plano Pkwy, Plano, TX 75074. There is no restocking fee. Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or was not what you ordered, in which case we cover it.
Sizing and fit
Sizes on this page come from the manufacturer's own measurements, shown in the product photos and in the specifications above. We publish them as given rather than converting or estimating them.
Measure your pet before you order: neck circumference, the widest part of the chest, and back length from collar to tail base. If a measurement falls between two sizes, take the larger one. If you are unsure, email us the measurements and we will tell you which size we would pick.
