Measure your pet’s neck before ordering, then use the two-finger check after fastening so two fingers slide flat under the strap. Make sure the tracker is fully seated in the holder and the cover is closed, since a loose device or coin cell can be a swallowing hazard for pets and children. Check the buckle, D-ring, and holder every few weeks and replace the collar if the leather cracks near the hardware. A tracker helps you find a pet but is not a substitute for a secure yard, ID tags, and a microchip.

Free shipping on orders of $49 or more. Orders under $49 ship at a $5.99 flat rate.
We handle and pack in 1–3 business days, then transit takes 7–12 business days, so plan on 8–15 business days in total. Your tracking number is emailed within 24–48 hours of dispatch.
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or PO and APO boxes.
Returns and refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. Request an RMA number from support@meowlyco.com before you ship anything back — parcels sent without one cannot be matched to your order.
Approved returns go to our returns facility at 700 E Plano Pkwy, Plano, TX 75074. There is no restocking fee. Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or was not what you ordered, in which case we cover it.
Sizing and fit
Sizes on this page come from the manufacturer's own measurements, shown in the product photos and in the specifications above. We publish them as given rather than converting or estimating them.
Measure your pet before you order: neck circumference, the widest part of the chest, and back length from collar to tail base. If a measurement falls between two sizes, take the larger one. If you are unsure, email us the measurements and we will tell you which size we would pick.
